The time is a preferred time only and cannot be guaranteed.  The City of Tracy will do its best to accommodate the requests, but staffing levels and the number of inspections will dictate when the inspection will occur.

On the day of a scheduled inspection, customers can call the City of Tracy at 209-831-6400 any time after 8:00 a.m.  The City of Tracy will then give you the assigned inspector’s name and cell phone number.  Customers can then contact the inspector to get an estimated timeframe as to when the inspector will arrive for the inspection.

Contractor will have to pothole at four locations in International Pkwy for water, storm, reclaimed water, and sewer force main (private). I asked Wayne to have someone locate City facilities this week to help planning.

05/14/2020ENCROACHMENTDEVELYN SPEKNERAPPROVEDgrind and overlay of Mtn House6/1/2020 4:07:54 PM Grind went well; valve iron lowered; trouble with paving machine which delayed asphalt in eastern two lanes until after 2pm. AC batch ticket time was for 11:15 and was onsite at 1pm, but truck left to get another paving machine. Compaction of street looked good. I did not have a temp gun to verify temp of AC, but paving operations went smoothly and finish was good. Fabric was installed.

05/13/2020ENCROACHMENTDEVELYN SPEKNERAPPROVEDMtn House AC restoration6/1/2020 4:11:59 PM Deep lift repairs to all pot holes for bore done; Thomas approved SB lanes of Mtn House could be patches only, but NB lanes needed full grind and overlay work. All bore pit holes restored; 3 median lanes grind and overlay completed; remaining lanes to be done tomorrow. There were issues with IPC punch list work on curb and gutter at the same time we were doing overlay work.

05/12/2020ENCROACHMENTDEVELYN SPEKNERAPPROVEDBerkeley AC restoration completed6/1/2020 4:17:17 PM pot hole repairs were made, but I did not see all of the work. When I arrived back onsite to inspect overlay work, they were halfway done with paving the crosswalk and did not use any fabric. Paving fabric was onsite. Foreman thought since I didn't discuss the fabric, that I did not need it. Asish, SEFNCO project manager for COMCAST, assured it will not happen again. Since the whole intersection gets reconstructed when the new bridge is installed over the aqueduct, Thomas agreed with me that we could let this go.

06/12/2020ENCROACHMENTDEVELYN SPEKNERCORRECTION NOTICERestoration work needs attention6/12/2020 10:14:42 AM Striping applied in Mountain House needs to be redone as some of it lifted, shifted, or disappeared. Crosswalk in Berkeley needs to be reapplied at south side as it is peeling back on one side and mulch debris on the other will reduce the life of striping on the other side. The striping crew placed the crosswalk stripe right on top of debris that must have been on the road that day. See attached photos from June 12th.
