Sidewalk at access from side not damaged. Landscaping not restored yet and some soil run off occurs when irrigation is on. Check if City still holding bond, and if pool final passed.

Pool final not recorded, corrections not confirmed for pool final. Pool is full of water. Contact property owner.

Took photos and uploaded them in Trakit and emailed KAT regarding bond release. Called homeowner with corrections. He will need to request another inspection when restoration completed.

ROW still needs restoration. Cannot final until slope restored, runoff stopped, and lawn restored. Sprinkler runs off loose dirt into gutter at street. Pool contractor gave me homeowner's contact information: Lilian Miata (209) 627-7545. I called and left a message at this number for them to contact me for questions or when ready for inspection.

Bond not released. Pool not final - corrections in bldg permit from April 8th. Landscape still not restored. sprinklers run over sidewalk and carry silty soil across due to incomplete landscape restoration.
